About Sarah Yates
I am an autistic and adhd senior lawyer with experience of managing teams and working with C-Suite. I was diagnosed as an adult and speak about my journey and the struggles of trying to build my career with undiagnosed neurodiversity, to empower and support others. I also discuss the importance of adapting our management and communication styles to accommodate neurodiverse colleagues and explain more about the belonging aspect of DEIB.
