A powerful segment screening from our documentary exploring the resilience of Black women and the urgent need to dismantle the "Strong Black Woman" trope.
Followed by an ASK-led discussion on emotional vulnerability, self-care, and intergenerational healing.
✅ Panel Discussion & Expert-Led Conversations
Featuring mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, and documentary filmmakers, unpacking loss, grief, and community healing.
✅ Experiential Healing Practices
Chakra Meditation & Sound Healing: Guided practice to process grief and cultivate inner peace.
Self-Care Modalities & Resilience Workshops: Tools to navigate uncertainty and transition.
