What is therapeutic for you in these uncertain times?
This is an odd time but I have to be thankful for the stress because I have learned more about myself and have been able to focus on core family values in our isolation. And I think we will all be better for it because we will have gone through this battle together.
Yoga and meditation have helped me cope with stress. But for pure peace of mind, I try to allow myself to just be present in a moment and feel my true nature and not judge it or compare it with an ideal or with others. Seeing myself helps me see my child and allow her to be who she is.
