What is therapeutic for you in these uncertain times?

It’s important that we stay connected and the idea of ‘it takes a village’ is why I created this photo project. I love telling stories and I love people and whilst the pandemic has changed the way we connect, I find therapy in making us visible and creatively finding a way to tell our own stories. and step towards healing. We are living on the edge of history, and I feel therapy from our stories like a catalyst to healing and new habits. For me that includes meditation to solfeggio harmonies and ‘I am incredible’ type affirmations. Deep diving into conversation, singing our favourite songs and dancing are some of the ways we take on the day.

Still Connected.

Six degrees of separation is the idea that all people are six, or fewer, social connections away from each other. You are just six introductions away from any other person on the Planet.

Six Feet is the average distance that respiratory droplets from a sneeze or cough travel before they settle and are no longer likely to be inhaled by other people” Krys Johnson - Epidemiologist
